That was nice but the 12 mph wind made for some tough pedaling as a headwind. Thankfully the wind dropped to 9 mph by the time I finished at 3:41 PM. Tomorrow is Memorial Day so summer unofficially begins this weekend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<iframe height='405' width='590' frameborder='0' allowtransparency='true' scrolling='no' src='https:\/\/www.strava.com\/activities\/5385952774\/embed\/5bef93123dc6b665f5dd61db5c7d9332756b35af'><\/iframe>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At the start of the ride I needed 15 miles to reach a couple of important levels: a 200 mile week and an 800 mile month. Biking the &#8220;Forest Cove &#8211; Oakhurst &#8211; Valley Ranch&#8221; route was 29.33 miles.
