In a bid to start earlier and finish before the afternoon rain could catch me I rolled away on today’s bike ride at 9:43 AM. I decided to watch stage 19 of the Tour when I got back. The bike for today’s ride was my Lynskey R300. I chose my “Kingwood – FM1485 – Kingwood” route. On the return to Kingwood as I rode south on Valley Ranch Parkway I had to alter the route because a concrete truck blocked the lane and I didn’t want to wait. A couple of cars waiting were turning around and I figured they waited awhile. That may be the reason today’s distance was a little shorter than my average for this route on the 9 trips in 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
