Fight Texas Bike Bans<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n

BikeTexas.org is asking people to sign a petition to send a message to our governments:<\/p>\n

We the undersigned believe that putting more bicycles on the road advances the goals of the Texas Department of Transportation:
\n1. Reduce congestion
\n2. Enhance safety
\n3. Expand economic opportunity
\n4. Improve air quality
\n5. Preserve the value of transportation assets.<\/p>\n

We support all efforts to encourage lawful and courteous bicycling in Texas.<\/p>\n

We oppose all efforts by any government entity in Texas to pass laws or ordinances that selectively prohibit or constrain operation of a bicycle on Texas roadways.<\/p>\n
