After years of public meetings and deliberation, the Texas Transportation Commission (TTC) will gather on August 31 to vote on its 10-year Unified Transportation Plan (UTP). This vote will determine how the state plans to move forward (or not) with the I-45 expansion, a vote that is critical to Houston’s transportation future.
