I chose a shorter route to fit the time heading south and east to E. Lake Houston Parkway on FM 1960. I call this my &#8220;Atascocita &#8211; Walden &#8211; E. Lake Houston Parkway&#8221; route. I rode my Canyon Endurace bike. Finishing at 11:26 AM I biked 28.93 miles, the shortest ride so far this week. Saturday will make up for the short ride. After 4 bike rides this week the total is 156.52 miles. This was the 5th time biking today&#8217;s route. Today&#8217;s mileage fits the average for those rides. Wind was light but a headwind riding east over Lake Houston tested my legs. The return over Lake Houston had a light tailwind but I gladly took it. Overall weather conditions: start 84 (76% humidity, 75.4 dew point), partly cloudy, wind N 6 mph; finish 90 (61% humidity, 75.2 dew point), partly cloudy, wind NE 8 mph.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Early in the bike ride I encountered lots of traffic at Kingwood Park High School. This was the first time I ran into this since school started a couple of weeks ago. Not sure why today was different.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">For some reason the GoPro MicroSD card recorded the video clips but I couldn&#8217;t access them. I used Recuva to get the files but the first clip was messed up. I wanted to try editing the video on my Acer Spin 713 Chromebook but reverted to my Windows 10 computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">When I rode through Walden I stopped and talked with a church member working in his garage. Later on Pine Place Drive another biker passed me going the opposite direction. We exchanged hellos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large is-style-default\"><a
