Flinn | www.mysanantonio.com<\/h4>\n<p>The city of Selma will receive funds that will give its residents a hike-and-bike trail stretching from the Lookout Road area to the city\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Harrison House Park.<\/p>\n<p>The Alamo Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) completed its recent round of transportation funding.
