Instead they\u00e2\u20ac\u2122re proclaiming the disapproval by some residents of plans to build a portion of the city\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Circle Trail along the shores of Lake Wichita.<\/p>\n<p>Lake Shore Drive resident Randy Ledford said he and a neighbor are footing the bill for the signs, attrubuted to Lake Shore Drive Advocates. Ledford has been one of the most vocal opponents of the trail plan, claiming it would cut too close to the homes of some property owners.
