(October 18, 2021)- A 14-year-old child was injured in an auto-pedestrian crash on October 15, 2021, in Frisco, Texas. The accident occurred just after 4:00 p.m. at the Independence Parkway and Sumac Lane intersection. Police reported that the victim was riding a bicycle northbound and was crossing the street when they collided with a Ford pickup truck. The bicyclist was transported to an area hospital with critical injuries. No further details have been provided at this time.
