Dallas Is Using $2 Million to Update the City’s Biking Infrastructure<\/a><\/h2>\n

For the first time in a decade, Dallas is updating its bike plan.<\/p>\n

The 2022 budget allocates $2 million for Dallas\u00e2\u20ac\u2122 bike lane program. Some of that money will go toward filling \u00e2\u20ac\u0153critical gaps\u00e2\u20ac\u009d in the city\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s 2011 bike plan. The city is also trying extend the bike network\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s reach and connect it to more destinations. With the update, Dallas’ leaders want to figure out where biking infrastructure is needed and reconsider current routes.<\/p>\n
