They\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll be led by reigning u23 women\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Pan American champ Ruby West, who will make her elite debut, and Canadian elite men\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s national champion Michael van den Ham.<\/p>\n<p>\u00e2\u20ac\u0153I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122m really excited for the Pan Am Championships this year,\u00e2\u20ac\u009d said West. \u00e2\u20ac\u0153I think it\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll be a dry and fast course based on what I\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ve heard about that venue and past races held there. There were a total of five reports of electric scooter thefts this semester, with four occurring in November.<\/p>\n<p>Last year, during the same time period, there were no reported electric scooter thefts, although COVID-19 may have played a role, according to Rodriguez. He was treated and taken to Laredo Medical Center in serious condition.
