COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. \/ENDURANCE SPORTSWIRE\/ \u2013 USA Cycling announced the 38 athletes representing the United States at the 2022 UCI Walmart Cyclocross World Championships taking place in Fayetteville, Ark., January 28-30, 2022. This delegation is the largest ever sent by the U.S. to the Cyclocross World Championships.<\/p>\n

\u201cHaving a World Championships in the USA is always a major honor, and we are proud to be fielding a full team of dedicated, skilled athletes who will compete at Fayetteville 2022,\u201d said USA Cycling Cyclocross Director Jesse Anthony. \u201cWe are coming to the event well-prepared after several podium performances achieved during the holiday period of racing in Belgium. Cantu: No reason we cannot build even more hike and bike trails in Hidalgo County<\/a><\/h2>\n

SAN JUAN, Texas \u2013 Hidalgo County Commissioner Eddie Cantu would like to see more hike and bike trails established in his precinct, with a spur reaching out from his central hub into the cities of Hidalgo and Mission.<\/p>\n

Cantu pulled off one of the major recreation improvement achievements of 2021 in Hidalgo County by building the five-mile Precinct 2 Inclusive Hike and Bike Trail. The trail is distinctive because it includes tunnels that allow those using the trail to avoid crossing busy roads.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe City of Hidalgo has a two mile hike and bike trail. We are hoping to connect from Hidalgo at some point and take it north to McAllen. Kind of hit close to Quinta Mazatlan and perhaps even go …<\/p>\n
