He made a turn, climbing a steep, bumpy hill, then swung back around, ready to make yet another lap. To the untrained eye, the 0.6-mile loop across the street from the American Wind Power Center and Museum doesn’t look like much. But the slopes, turns and obstacles put a strain on the young cyclist – exactly what he and his father wanted when they built the course.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n The Coronado High School sophomore competes in off-road cycling.
