Design phase could finish in May for planned Vince Bayou trail<\/a><\/h2>\n

A project that would see a major hike-and-bike trail in Pasadena has entered the design phase.<\/p>\n

Lisa Graiff, a project manager for the Houston Parks Board, the nonprofit group overseeing plans for the Vince Bayou Greenway Trail, said design work on the effort is expected to be completed by the end of May.<\/p>\n

The path would begin at Memorial Park, 500 W. Jackson, on the city\u2019s north side and follow that waterway south to Strawberry Park, 1104 Parkside. The …<\/p>\n
