The ride will start and end at DPS\u00c2\u00a0 headquarters. The course will be determined on a year to year basis. The course will be set to challenge the rider but not to the extent of endangerment. The ride will be as a group in columns of twos and scheduled rest stops will ensure the physical readiness of the riders. We will be escorted by DPS marked units and possibly members of the \u00e2\u20ac\u0153Blue Knights\u00e2\u20ac\u009d motorcycle Club.<\/p>\n<p>The ride will end at DPS headquarters where the riders, support members and honored guest will hold a vigil celebrating the event. A meal will also be served to the riders, support members and special guest who participated in the event.<\/p>\n<p>To Celebrate the DPS 75th Jubilee Anniversary the minimum entry fee will be $175.00 until July 31st.<br \/>\nRegistration after July 31st will return to the $250.00 minimum entry fee.<br \/>\nApplications for 2010 Memorial Ride will be accepted as of January 15th, 2010.<br \/>\nParticipants must send in a completed application form with a non-refundable $75.00 check or money order made to DPS Memorial Ride by July 31st.<br \/>\nThe complete minimum entry fee of $250.00 will be due by the 31st of Aug. 2010.<br \/>\nTwelve participants made the DPS inaugural ride and raised just under Ten Thousand Dollars!<br \/>\nWe are looking forward for a greater numbers of participants and supporters for this years event.<br \/>\nThis year\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s winner of TOP FUND RAISER was Trooper Dub Guillum (THP Granbury). Dub received a gift certificate from Richardson Bike Mart, Chili\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s Restaurant and Texas land and Cattle in Austin.
