Then I switched to Zwift. Listening to Lauren Daigle Radio on Pandora the 3:00 PM ride began. Instead of a meetup I rode the Triban Weekendender event on the Watopia Tempus Fugit route. Rather than a set distance we rode 60 minutes. I checked my previous rides on this route and all the distances averaged slightly over 20 miles. That was my goal but to do that I needed to ride at least 20 mph. I rode 20.11 miles in 1:00:49 averaging 19.8 mph. One of the faster rides in awhile and the longest Zwift ride this week. While I messed the group rode away from me. Not too long after that I caught up to S. Balaghi. We rode together switching places until the last minute of the ride when he rode ahead of me. I tried keep up but I didn&#8217;t. I should&#8217;ve changed to a bigger gear but I don&#8217;t know if my legs would&#8217;ve responded. I rode every day, 2 outside and 5 on Zwift. One day left in February and the weather looks like it may warm up to the mid 60&#8217;s and I can ride outside. I need 51 miles to reach my 300 mile goal. I will try to get closer to the goal but I will not make it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a
