Very foggy as we left the cabin and immediately encountered a killer 2 mile hill. What a way to start the day! Luckily, we had our red blinkers going, and there wasn\u2019t much traffic. Once we got to the top, it was rolling hills on a high plateau. Then as the fog lifted we descended into the Guadalupe River Valley. There are many draws along the way, and they don\u2019t build bridges over them. Instead, you will see a sign that says \u201cDip\u201d and you will drop down into the draw, where they have poured concrete ramps for the flood waters to flow across the road surface.
