Stage 6 of the La Vuelta Femenina started early again and finished as I ate breakfast. I didn&#8217;t think about the streets being wet from the .71&#8243; of rain in the early hours. That was a perfect time to rain. The streets were dry except for some low spots. So far I biked 198 miles this week and I opted for a shorter version of the <strong>Atascocita &#8211; Huffman &#8211; Walden<\/strong> route. This route averages about 32 miles and today I biked 32.53 miles pushing the week to 230.69 miles after finishing at 11:46 AM. A number of reviews wrote about how comfortable it was and I always like comfort on a bike ride. I paired the saddle with lightly padded Primal shorts which I find comfortable even with thinner padding. I checked all the measurements installing the saddle except the overall height but it turned out to be the same as the Velo Senso TT+ it replaced.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-gallery the ride compared to earlier this week. With the forecast of 90 degrees I opted for a short sleeve jersey and arm sleeves even though it was not near that when I started. My clothes were soaked when I finished. Weather conditions: Start 73 degrees, 95% humidity, dew point 71, mostly cloudy, wind SE 7 mph; Finish 85 degrees, 74% humidity, dew point 76, mostly cloudy, wind S 9 mph.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Today&#8217;s route had 6 Strava starred segments. My legs weren&#8217;t up to sprinting on all 6 of them but I got these results on 2 of them: <strong>PR<\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/activities\/9022516111\/segments\/3089972412955796532\">New HEB Alley<\/a>\u00a0(1:27) and <strong>2nd fastest time<\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/activities\/9022516111\/segments\/3089972412952938548\">King&#8217;s Harbor Loop<\/a>\u00a0(1:09).
