I wanted to leave early to beat the heat and potentially see other cyclists on the route. It was the <strong>Atascocita &#8211; Huffman &#8211; Walden<\/strong> route for the 6th time in 2023. I saw the first cyclist on Atascocita Shores Drive on the way to FM 1960. Others followed east of Lake Houston and on the way back to Kingwood. I made a brief stop at Kingwood Bicycles to visit my Cervelo Caledonia on the way back. Today&#8217;s 34.27 miles equals the average for the 2023 rides. My week now totals 223.71 miles and June is at 550.62. Finished the ride at 10:34 AM.
