Greystar also said it had been cooperating with authorities in the investigation.<\/p>\n<p>Lawyers for the &#8230;<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ci.taylor.tx.us\/CivicAlerts.aspx?AID=1727\">CONTRACTOR SELECTED FOR 2022 STREET MAINTENANCE PROJECT<\/a><\/h2>\n<h4>www.ci.taylor.tx.us<\/h4>\n<p>During the Thursday, June 22, Taylor City Council meeting, council members voted to award a construction contract to Texas Road in the amount of $4,094,857.40 for the 2022 Street Maintenance Project on the recommendation of the City\u2019s engineering firm, HDR.<\/p>\n<p>The project, which is part of the 2022 Infrastructure Bond approved by Council in a public meeting on December 8, 2022, will include seal coating, sidewalk reconstruction, street reclamation with new surface asphalt, signing, striping, and traffic control for City streets, with significant improvements to Mallard Lane, Second, and Fourth streets. In addition, there will be some travel lane changes, additional parking spaces added downtown, and bike lanes installed on Mallard Lane and Fourth Street. Construction will begin this summer and is estimated to be substantially complete by spring 2024.
