It came about from my church, First Methodist Humble, having one worship service at 10 AM instead of the usual two worship services. I thought that would be enough time to ride before rather than after. I was up at 5:45 AM and could&#8217;ve started a few earlier but waited for sunrise to get a little closer. I wanted to ride at least 20 miles and finished at 7:43 AM biking 20.28 miles. Unlike June I&#8217;ve biked the first two days of July for a total of 54.5 miles versus 0. This closed out the week with 232.88 miles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Near the end of the ride I came upon a group of cyclists that appeared to be starting their ride. I&#8217;m guessing they were heading to the Spring Creek Greenway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was humid. I thought the temperature might be a few degrees cooler at this time of the morning but not the case. When I finished my bike kit was soaked. Weather: Start 79 degrees, 88% humidity, dew point 75.2, partly cloudy, wind W 6 mph; Finish 82 degrees, 84% humidity, dew point 76.9, mostly cloudy, wind W 6 mph.
