Today I started at 8:50 AM even though I wanted to start about 20 minute earlier. Maybe to tomorrow I can everything together and begin earlier. My Canyon Endurace was the bike for today&#8217;s ride on my <strong>Atascocita &#8211; Walden &#8211; Huffman<\/strong> route. I left out a few streets before leaving Kingwood compared to the typical ride on this route. After the previous rides this month I thought a shorter bike ride was in order. The average distance is 34.6 miles but today I biked 33.31 miles. The week now totals 155.74 miles and the month 108.33 miles (14% of my 800 mile goal). I&#8217;m slightly ahead of the pace to reach that goal. I need to average 25.8 miles per day and I&#8217;m averaging 36.11 miles per day. No rain allows me to ride each day so far and the forecast says that could last a week or more. My yard is crying out for water though. I saw another cyclist in Kings River on Water Point Trail. I finished at 11:38 AM before it got real hot.
