I label this as my <strong>Kingwood &#8211; FM1485 &#8211; Kingwood<\/strong> route. The average distance biking this route during 2023 is around 33 miles and today I rode 32.2 miles. It began at 8:50 AM aboard my Cervelo Caledonia bike and finished at 11:33 AM. The week miles stands at 187.95 putting me close to a 200+ mile week which should happen on tomorrow&#8217;s bike ride. Finishing before noon I avoided the extreme heat but it was still hot when I finished. Wind was light not providing much cooling effect. Weather for the bike ride: Start 87 degrees, 74% humidity, dew point 77.6, a few clouds, wind SW 6 mph; Finish 94 degrees, 54% humidity, dew point 74.7, partly cloudy, wind S 7 mph.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The overall average speed was better today with some help from a tailwind riding to Caney Creek.
