Reports indicate that a suspect identified as Roddrick Deshun Perry, 35, of 100 Baretta in Conroe resorted to violence, discharging a firearm at a bicyclist following a verbal altercation. Thankfully, no injuries were sustained.\nThe Perry fled the scene before police arrived. Vigilant patrol officers were able to locate a spent shell casing from a firearm on the road. Shenandoah\u2019s Detective Division and patrol staff come together seamlessly to investigate this shooting. Through diligent police work, sufficient evidence was obtained, and Perry was located and taken into custody approximately two hours after the initial call. He was formally charged with one count of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
