Hundreds of bike riders expected to participate in Cotton Patch Challenge on Saturday<\/a><\/h2>\n

Bright and early on Saturday, hundreds of cyclists are expected to meet in Greenville and fill the square by the Hunt County Courthouse to begin the 27th annual Cotton Patch Challenge bike ride.<\/p>\n

Boasting 10 different routes for road rides that range from six- and 12-mile \u201cleisure\u201d routes to advanced 76- and 100-mile treks, the Cotton Patch Challenge will start at 8 a.m. by the courthouse with check-in starting at 6:30 a.m. in front of the Landon Winery.<\/p>\n

In addition to the road rides, the Challenge also includes three off-road \u201cgravel grinder\u201d routes, which range from 31 to 57 miles, and all extend through the Sabine River bottom south of Greenville. Those traveling the gravel grinder routes will start at 7:30 a.m. by Prairie Coffee Company with check-in starting at 6 a.m. \u2026<\/p>\n

You can get your series race number one of two ways: the first is to order one now (through this site) or pay for a number one time with your first race registration and you will be assigned the next available number. If you order a series number here you have the option of selecting your own race number from the available pool; first come, first served. Pre-order your series race number and have it available at your next TXCX race series event or choose to have it mailed to you (shipping via USPS First Class mail, Mon. Oct. 2nd). You can also order a new RACE RESULT ActivePro timing transponder if you don\u2019t already have one or if your current unit is older than five (5) years.<\/p>\n
