\nA cyclist trying to cross a road was critically injured when he was struck by a teenager in northwest Harris County Friday afternoon. Arthur Barrett Miller III was trying to cross the 2800 block of Spears on a bicycle shortly before 4 p.m. when hit by a Volkswagen Jetta driven by a 17-year-old man.<\/p>\n
