The goats are back on the Butler Hike and Bike Trail!<\/p>\n<p>The goats will be munching along the easternmost part of the trail between Longhorn Dam and International Shores at Lady Bird Lake for a little while longer, according to the City of Austin\u2019s Park Rangers.<\/p>\n<p>The city\u2019s Park Rangers shared photos of the goats, as well as before and after shots of the vegetation on social media. \u2026<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<h2><a href=\"https:\/\/eparisextra.com\/featured\/dedicated-bicycle-lanes-will-connect-the-trail-de-paris-with-downtown\/\">Dedicated bicycle lanes will connect the Trail de Paris with downtown<\/a><\/h2>\n<h4>eparisextra.com<\/h4>\n<p>The project will connect downtown with the Trail de Paris portion of the NE Texas Trail near First Street SW and Hearne Avenue.<\/p>\n<p>Commuting by bicycle between the Northeast Texas Trail and Historic Downtown Paris will soon be more accessible and safer with the addition of dedicated bicycle lanes. The Texas Department of Transportation has awarded the City of Paris funding to aid construction of the bike lanes through the department\u2019s Transportation Alternatives Program.<\/p>\n<p>The project will connect downtown with the Trail de Paris portion of the NE Texas Trail near First Street SW and Hearne Avenue. Five-foot-wide bicycle lanes will be marked on the existing pavement along each side of First Street SW to West Sherman Street.
