Now, city leaders hope to revitalize the effort.\n<img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.planetizen.com\/files\/styles\/featured_large\/public\/images\/AdobeStock_606187813_Editorial_Use_Only.jpeg.webp?w=1200&#038;ssl=1\" alt=\"\"\/><\/p>\n<p>City leaders in San Antonio are hoping to revive the city\u2019s long-dormant bike plan, reports Andrea Drusch in San Antonio Report.
