The much-anticipated dates for the Fort Davis Cyclefest 2024 have been officially announced. This esteemed cycling event is scheduled to take place from September 20th to 22nd, 2024, continuing its legacy as one of Texas\u2019s premier bike tours.<\/p>\n<p>Last year, the 46th Annual Fort Davis Cyclefest Bike Tour captivated riders with its scenic routes and challenging climbs. Nestled in the picturesque \u201cTexas Alps\u201d in Fort Davis, Texas, the event is celebrated for offering some of the most stunning and demanding bike tours in the state.<\/p>\n<p>In 2023, the event spanned September 16-17 and kicked off with a packet pick-up at Prude Ranch. Cyclists had the opportunity to choose from three distance routes: 27, 55, and 76 miles, each offering a unique blend of beauty and challenge, launching from Prude Ranch. The \u2018Resolution Run and Ride\u2019 started as a way to help people in Longview, start the new year off of the couch.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIts a good time for both our running and cycling communities to gather together and talk about the new year and their goals,\u201d Co-Owner of Woolley G\u2019s Bike and Fitness, Gary Ford said.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the event is to get people involved in a group of people with similar goals and hold each other accountable.
