This year I rode stage 7. It was a brute with 17% climbing. I missed stage 6. Stage 7 Group B rides 1 lap at 14.1 miles and 1198 feet of climbing. Lumpy ride with a Cat. 4 climb in the middle. My legs will be yelling at me. It averages 6.1% but hit 17%. Hopefully my legs will talk to me again after they quit complaining. I was out of the saddle on several climbs for extended portions. For all of that effort I got these Strava results: <strong>PR<\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/activities\/10689698359\/segments\/3188938500008689030\">Harlem Hill Climb<\/a>\u00a0(3:05), <strong>2nd fastest time<\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/activities\/10689698359\/segments\/3188938500007314822\">NYC KOM<\/a>\u00a0(9:18), <strong>2nd fastest time<\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/activities\/10689698359\/segments\/3188938500011008390\">East Side Drive Climb<\/a>\u00a0(2:09), and <strong>2nd fastest time<\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/activities\/10689698359\/segments\/3188938500008598918\">Three Sisters &#8211; Fulgaz<\/a>\u00a0(6:02). I&#8217;ve biked around Central Park and there are no climbs like these.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I needed the explosive energy from the banner in the YouTube thumbnail above!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
