No question on what to wear, shorts, long sleeve jersey, and a wind jacket was all I needed. The wind behaved at 6 mph and the sun shined the whole ride. I chose my Canyon Endurace CF 7 bike to ride the same route as my last outdoor ride February 15th, Atascocita &#8211; Walden &#8211; Spanish Cove Drive. I thought my timing might put at the Old Atascocita road railroad crossing when the Amtrak Sunset Limited passed but it didn&#8217;t happen. Today&#8217;s 36.11 miles puts me closer to my 445 road mile goal for February with 361.7 miles. It looks promising to reach that goal and hopefully make up the 130 miles I was short in January. Road work continued on the shoulder east of Atascocita Shore Drive on FM1960 moving dirt beside the pavement.
