Local kids learned how to ride their bikes safely in an engaging way at an event this past weekend.<\/p>\n

Taylor Parks and Recreation hosted the Youth Safety Bike Rodeo Saturday, March 23 at Naomi Pasemann Elementary School.<\/p>\n

About 250 students from kindergarten through middle school and supervisors received a series of educational stations on bike maintenance, bike safety and helmet fitting. Free helmets were given out to the first 80 children.<\/p>\n
