I rolled out at 9:39 AM and it was already nearing 90 degrees. Thankfully the humidity was &#8220;only&#8221; 67% and I didn&#8217;t start sweating until around 3 miles into what turned out to be a 35.31 mile ride. After finishing at 12:20 PM I saw a notice from Strava that I regained the <strong>Local Legend<\/strong>\u00a0on\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.strava.com\/activities\/11791824286\/segments\/3243271149445728698\">Lake Houston Bridge &#8211; EB<\/a>\u00a0(5:29). That one is hard to keep because of the many cyclists riding that segment. My 32 times over the last 90 days probably won&#8217;t last long. I&#8217;m not the fastest but most active for now. Today was the 11th ride on the <strong>Atascocita &#8211; Walden &#8211; Huffman<\/strong> route in 2024. The local legend segment is in other routes as well. My legs felt powerful today.
