I didn&#8217;t have a specific route in mind when I started changing as I rode my Lynskey Helix bike. The 15.6 miles today was good compared to not riding last Sunday. Keep my legs turning. I rolled out at 12:16 PM under plenty of sunshine and 88 degrees. Dressed in a dark kit the heat didn&#8217;t take long to warm me up. Ended the week with 140.21 miles and 81.46 miles towards my 904 mile goal for August. Finished at 1:36 PM before it got really hot.
