The facility\u2019s motto is the acronym BIONIC, which stands for \u201cBelieve It Or Not, I Care.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe BIONIC blue and white bikes represent an encouragement for striving toward a healthy, happy lifestyle.
