SAN ANTONIO \u2013 A 68-year-old woman riding a bicycle was hit and killed by as many as two vehicles on the city\u2019s South Side early Monday morning, according to San Antonio police.<\/p>\n

Officers were called just before 2:30 a.m. to a convenience store near Southton Road on Loop 410.<\/p>\n

(Guadalupe County) \u2013 A 14-year-old boy remains hospitalized after being hit by a pickup truck while riding his bike along a road in Guadalupe County.<\/p>\n

Sgt. Kenny Mata with the Texas Department of Public Safety says the accident occurred just after 4 p.m. Fridayon FM 1044, north of Youngsford Road.<\/p>\n

He says preliminary investigation by DPS Troopers indicate that a Ford E-350, driven by a 33-year-old male, was traveling southbound on FM 1044 when it collided with a bicycle ridden by the teen.<\/p>\n

Nearly 100 riders took to the streets of Hawkins County Saturday morning to enjoy a little exercise, beautiful scenery and fresh air for a good cause.<\/p>\n

The event long known as Ride Like Hale was a major fundraiser for the former Chip Hale Center, which closed in February.<\/p>\n

The bicycle tour fundraiser was such a popular event, however, previous organizers and volunteers suggested that Camp Hope take it over.<\/p>\n

Camp Hope, which is located in the New Canton community near Church Hill, provides \u2026<\/p>\n
