The last time I rode this route was <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/sporttracks.mobi\/activity\/31971215\">April 17th<\/a><\/strong>. I rode parts of the route from different directions. Not sure why I waited to ride again. I rolled out at 10:03 AM on my Canyon Endurace CF 7 bike. The clouds from yesterday were gone leaving the blue sky and light wind of 1 mph. Not a problem riding north through Brooklyn Trails then to US59 frontage road all the way to Caney Creek. Looping under US59 I rode back to FM1485 for the 2 miles to Gene Campbell Blvd. Biking was not a problem but the GoPro Hero10 black camera starting shutting down claiming it ran out of battery though the screen showed 82%. This plagued me the rest of the ride. Some of the clips did not have sound for some reason. Not sure what caused that either. I set a good pace building my overall average speed up to 14.2 mph riding SE on FM1314 into Briar Tree, and Oakhurst. The ride totaled 40.06 miles, a good preparation for tomorrow&#8217;s Rollin Pearland Ride 51 mile route. I&#8217;m getting close to 400 miles for the month with 391.68.
