{"id":6928,"date":"2011-01-07T11:41:43","date_gmt":"2011-01-07T17:41:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.texbiker.net\/blog\/?p=6928"},"modified":"2011-01-07T11:41:43","modified_gmt":"2011-01-07T17:41:43","slug":"iron-haus-time-trial-castroville-tx","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.texbiker.net\/blog\/2011\/01\/07\/iron-haus-time-trial-castroville-tx\/","title":{"rendered":"Iron Haus Time Trial &#8211; Castroville, TX"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a title=\"http:\/\/www.brittonbikes.com\/\" href=\"http:\/\/www.brittonbikes.com\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Iron Haus Time Trial Series (March 2011Time Trial)<\/strong><\/a><br \/>\nPresented by Ciclismo SA , Britton&#8217;s Bicycle Shop, Jimmy Britton<br \/>\nSan Antonio, TX<br \/>\nSaturday, March 05, 2011<br \/>\n<a title=\"http:\/\/www.bikereg.com\/events\/register.asp?eventid=12283\" href=\"http:\/\/www.bikereg.com\/events\/register.asp?eventid=12283\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>Online Registration<\/strong><\/a> Will Open Monday, January 10, 2011 at 12:01 AM ET<\/p>\n<p>The 2011 Iron Haus Time Trial Series is a series of 8 races, taking place on the first weekend of each month from March through October.\u00c2\u00a0 All entry fee schedules will be similar to the initial time trial posted.<\/p>\n<p>Early registration is available at Britton&#8217;s Bicycle Shop () during normal bike shop hours until 7:00 p.m.\u00c2\u00a0 March 4, 2011<\/p>\n<p>Race morning registration is available beginnning at 7:30 a.m. in the Iron Haus entrance patio area.<\/p>\n<p>The on-line registration will close at 11:00 pm on the Thursday evening before the race.<\/p>\n<p>March\u00c2\u00a0 6<br \/>\nThe first event is a 20\/40km Time Trial on Saturday March 5th, 2011,\u00c2\u00a0 starting at Iron Haus Fitness in Castroville and heading up FM 471 and back.\u00c2\u00a0 The Start \/ Finish Line will be located in front of Iron Haus on FM 471 and be an out and back course.<\/p>\n<p>The first rider will take off at 8:01 AM.\u00c2\u00a0 20k participants will be the first to go and the 40k participants will follow with the first 40k rider at no earlier than\u00c2\u00a0 8:30 a.m. .\u00c2\u00a0 The course is an out and back along FM 471.\u00c2\u00a0 The turn around will be marked and a recorder in place to validate the turn.\u00c2\u00a0 The Time Trial will be recorded and times will be posted 20 minutes following the last finisher.<\/p>\n<p>The start times will be assigned in the order of category and time of registration.
