\nRACE INFORMATION<\/p>\n

Teams of 2, 3 and 4* members are welcome to test themselves in this wonderful Texas State Park!\u00c2\u00a0 The “SPORT Course will include approximately 40-50 miles of mountain biking, trekking, paddling, special tests and a ropes\/climbing course.\u00c2\u00a0 Teams should complete this event in approximately 12 hours.\u00c2\u00a0 Teams will be expected to navigate their way through the course using a map and compass!<\/p>\n

The “SPRINT” course, where solo, 2, or 3 person teams compete, will include approximately 15 miles of mountain biking, trekking and paddling, while finding CPs that are pre-plotted on your map!<\/p>\n

APPROXIMATE RACE DISTANCES:<\/p>\n

12-HOUR “SPORT” COURSE<\/p>\n

* Mountain Biking 20-25 miles;
\n* Paddling 6-11 miles;
\n* Trekking 8-12 miles;
\n* Climbing\/Rope work<\/p>\n

“SPRINT” COURSE:<\/p>\n

* Mountain biking 8-10 miles
\n* Paddling 3 miles
\n* Trekking 3-5 miles<\/p>\n

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:<\/p>\n

* 6:00 pm – 8:00 pm — Friday night, Informal check-in
\n* 6:30 am – 7:30 am — Saturday morning Packet Pick-up, official check-in
\n* 7:30 am — Saturday morning, Pre-race meeting
\n* 8:00 am — Saturday morning RACE START
\n* 8:00 am — RACE CUT-OFF
