TMC marks Bike-to-Work day May 18th <\/strong><\/span><\/a>

\nHOUSTON \u00e2\u20ac\u201c If you ride your bike to work in the Texas Medical Center or are considering dusting off that two-wheeler to be healthier and save money on fuel and parking, come to the celebration of Bike-to-Work week at the John P. McGovern Commons on May 18 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.<\/p>\n

New bike commuters will join hundreds of other cyclists who make the Texas Medical Center the most \u00e2\u20ac\u0153biked-to\u00e2\u20ac\u009d workplace in the city of Houston. Coldspring Road Race has hills (!), which is counter intuitive, considering how close it is to Houston.\u00c2\u00a0 It is the biggest road race that we have close to Houston, and for a change the Austin boys have to come to us.\u00c2\u00a0 Near Lake Livingston, the course involves a fast slightly downhill section, and few gradual climbs, a few steep climbs…<\/p>\n
