So no dog sprints and hopefully no strong headwind. Both of those came true today kinda. The wind was gusting to 21 mph but the steady breeze was 9 mph. I decided to not ride early today mainly because the humidity is too high for a comfortable ride. So I opted to begin at 11:30 as the temperature was getting close to the high for the day. 95 degrees, 44% humidity and mostly cloudy skies greeted me as I started. The tailwind was nice for the first 10 miles but slowed me down on the last 15. No other riders were out on my route. Today I wanted to get at least 25 miles and rode<strong> 25.22<\/strong> to hit over 125 miles. Average speed was 14.5 mph which shows the wind slowed me down heading home. Average cadence was 76.2 rpm. This was definitely a recovery ride.<\/p>\n<p>I have few days left in June but I am not sure what my ride schedule will be but I could get three days in. My mileage status as of today:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>June miles 576.83<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>This week&#8217;s miles 125.16<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Year to date miles
