Texas Forts Tour<\/strong><\/a>
\n2011 SCHEDULE
\nThis great adventure starts Friday, October 7th with Packet Pick-Up and concludes the afternoon of Monday, October 10th.\u00c2\u00a0 The three-day ride begins and ends at Fort Richardson State Park, Historic Site & Lost Creek Reservoir State Trailway located at Jacksboro, Texas.<\/p>\n

Each day all riders and support crew will gather for a sendoff.\u00c2\u00a0 After those who are riding the long, full-day routes have begun, everyone else will load up for transport to the designated shorter route drop off points.\u00c2\u00a0 Once again we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll offer our daily trivia quiz, plenty of rest stops and awesome support!<\/p>\n

Riders are encouraged to participate in the nightly briefings where information is provided about the following day\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s ride; also, Trivia Quiz answers and prizes are also awarded each evening!<\/p>\n

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 7
\n4 to 7 p.m. – Registration and Packet Pick-Up!
\nHalliburton Building, Fort Richardson State Park, Jacksboro, TX
\nThe Friends of Fort Richardson host the evening activities with a Spaghetti Dinner (included in the registration fee). A local group will have a Home-Made Ice Cream contest \u00e2\u20ac\u201c bring a couple of dollars and vote on your favorite flavor! The Fort will be open for your viewing pleasure.<\/p>\n

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 8
\n6:30 to 7:30 a.m. \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Registration and Packet Pick-Up!

THREE RIDE OPTIONS!
\n105 miles – Fort Richardson to Albany, the scenic tour!
\n61 miles \u00e2\u20ac\u201c We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll load up you and your bike, after a Trivia Stop in Graham we\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll drop you and your bike at Fort Belknap where you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll ride on into Albany.
\n29 miles \u00e2\u20ac\u201c We\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll drop you and your bike at Woodson after Trivia Stops at Graham and Fort Belknap.<\/p>\n

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 9
\nTWO RIDE OPTIONS!
\n89 miles \u00e2\u20ac\u201c Our test riders really liked this course, lots of beautiful Texas landscape!
\n34 miles \u00e2\u20ac\u201c This is last year\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s course from Albany to Breckenridge; you\u00e2\u20ac\u2122ll miss the Trivia Stops the long course folks get… But, don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t worry; we have some special ones for you!<\/p>\n

MONDAY, OCTOBER 10
\nTWO RIDE OPTIONS!
\n82 miles \u00e2\u20ac\u201c The same wonderful course as last year.
\n45 miles \u00e2\u20ac\u201c You and your bike will be dropped off at the Old Jail Museum, don\u00e2\u20ac\u2122t worry you still get to ride the famous Three Amigo\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s!<\/p>\n
