Chappell Hill Road Race 2011<\/strong><\/span><\/a>

\nIn 2009’s edition of this race, I believe it was raining steadily. In stark contrast, this year the course was in jeopardy of being burned to the ground.\u00c2\u00a0 The race flyer says rain or shine, but has no mention of whether the race will continue through un-breathable smoke.\u00c2\u00a0 Fortunately, the Race Gods delighted us with blue skys with only a slight tinge of acrid haze.\u00c2\u00a0 Good enough to race.<\/p>\n
