Tour de Houston extends into Missouri City this year

For the first time, Houston’s annual Tour de Houston bike race fundraiser will extend into Fort Bend County. Missouri City will play host to three of five stops on the race’s longest route.
The March 19 event has three routes measuring 20, 40 and 60 miles, which will all depart from Houston City Hall at 8:30 a.m., 8 a.m. and 7:30 a.m., respectively. Organizers said they change the route every year and wanted to …

This is a great chance to explore on of the nicer bike friendly paths in Houston.
We will take the White Oak Bayou Trail to Antoine – out and back for a total of about 17 miles. Pace: 13-15 mph.
