The Anthills were recently voted Best Bike Trail in Houston by the Houston Press. GHORBA brought these trails to official status in 2010 and since then has put in significant work to improve and maintain the trails through bridge rebuilds, reroutes, and other maintenance. Help GHORBA support the Anthills by volunteering to helpout in a work party or joining GHORBA to support our mission.

Lone Star Ride Fighting AIDS 12th annual cycling event begins Saturday with an opening ceremony from 3 to 6 p.m. at the Irving Convention Center. The 175-mile bicycling route provides a two-day tour through Dallas and Tarrant Counties, presenting the opportunity for riders and crew to make new friends, while helping North Texans impacted by HIV/AIDS.
