FAILED - Bicycle Passing: Would have required motorists to give bicyclists at least three feet of space when passing.

Disappointing, but I rather expected it. Although, I really don’t see why it was voted down. It’s not like the law would have cost anything (except to offenders.)
OTOH, it would have just been a band-aid, anyway. It seems to me car drivers are getting more and more aggressive toward cyclists. Folks are just too “busy” these days. Can’t waste that 1 to 2 seconds to change lanes to pass a cyclist. :-/
Thanks for finding and reporting the results so quickly. I probably wouldn’t have heard about it, otherwise.
