Next Race – Texas High School Cycling League By Rick Ankrum, on April 10, 2008, 10:16 pm The next race in the Richardson Bikemart and Bicycle Sport Shop high school race series will be on April 26th and 27th in Wichita Falls as part of the MSU collegiate race weekend and SCCCC conference championships. This race weekend will feature a RR, Team TT, and Crit and it promises to be our largest ever high school race with large teams coming from Austin, Lubbock, Amarillo, Jesuit, Birdville/LD Bell/TBI jrs, Wichita Falls, and even from Oklahoma among other teams.

From there I discovered organized rides all over Texas, races and mountain bikes. Many bikes and miles later the enthusiasm is still there.
