February Ride Report

The goal for February was to be 20% over my February average mile. Well I rode 348 miles which is 39% over the 249 average. Thanks to temperatures above the norm and little to no rain I was able to go on two organized rides (Puddles for Duck and Humble Lions Club) plus ride after work in the evenings.

Highlights of the month:

  • rode 15 days during the month
  • averaged 23.2 miles per ride
  • longest ride: 54.33, shortest: 12.01
  • one flat tire on my mountain bike at night. This was a tricky patch situation: two holes and darkness equals walking back home and refilling the tire several times.
