Bicycle collision with garbage truck that killed Texas A&M student under investigation

A Texas A&M student was killed Thursday after she was struck by a City of College Station garbage truck while riding a bicycle, authorities said.
Alannah Rose Ritch, 21, was hit while she was riding near the corner of Ayrshire and Angus streets. A&M records show the San Marcos native was a senior psychology major. …

Good evening. I recently moved back to the DFW area and live just a mile or two from Grapevine Lake trail system. I remember riding these trails back in the day when it was half its length and bi-directional. Hats off to all who have picked up a shovel and made it into what it is today!
