This is the third scheduled fun ride for a chance to preview the 2010 Mellow Johnny’s Classic race course.
This fun ride is pre-reg only. No on-site registration will be availible.
Registration will not open up until Wednesday prior to the fun ride date. If weather/trail conditions for the fun ride date appear to be in jeopardy, we will not open up registration or hold the fun ride. We are aiming to ensure the trails are in primo shape for the race.
Schedule:
Saturday
5-6PM Sign in and wrist band pickup at Mellow Johnnys Bike Shop (Austin, Texas)
Sunday
11AM – 1PM Sign in and wrist band pickup (no more sign-ins after 1PM)
11AM – 5PM Ride as much as you wish. Bring an afternoon picnic. Enjoy the day and time with friends!
Ranch Gates will open at 11AM.

The Houston Grand Criterium…The Ultimate Urban Race is now in its fifth year. This unique event will take place in the nation’s fourth largest city along the backdrop of Houston’s distinctive downtown skyline. The event will feature multiple sanctioned races designed for juniors, women, enthusiasts and professionals. But these aren’t the only ones who can race—Bring the kids for a crit of their own (Kids will race in 2 age groups…7 and Under & 8-12).

An hour a day of moderate-intensity exercise will prevent weight gain in normal-weight women, middle age and older, according to a new study.
