According to this article in the Fort Worth Star-Telegram you should confirm your reservations. The Holiday Inn is closed due to the June flood. They hope to open in time for the ride and race but are not sure. Another hotel, the Knights Inn, has closed without word of why or what. The two new hotels under construction may not be open though they are trying to.

After North Little Rock American Red Cross phlebotomist Chuck Barnes had a stroke in October 2005, doctors told him to take some aspirin and that in time – up to a year – he would be able to see, drive and function normally again.
When they also mentioned that some exercise might help, Barnes took their advice and rode with it.
NovemberFest Metric Century – San Felipe, TX
All four routes begin and end at Willow River Farms, about 45 miles west of Houston on the outskirts of historic San Felipe, Texas. The 27, 44, and 62 mile routes will start at 9:00 a.m. The 10 mile route will start at 9:15 a.m. The route takes you across the Brazos River, winding through serveral small Texas towns. NovemberFest Metric Century is not a race, so you can cruise leisurely or try to set a personal best. Well-stocked rest stops, police support, sag wagons, mechanical assistance, and emergency medical support will be provided along the route. After the ride, enjoy a massage for a small fee.
